Intro to Shelter/Lean-to Maintenance

This course teaches the skills necessary to maintain a shelter/lean-to so that it is harmonious to its surroundings and ready for camping use. Students will learn how to assess the shelter's overall condition, clean and clear the area, proper use of tools, and how to report the shelter's condition. The workshop takes place at a lean-to, so all participants should bring sturdy boots. No previous experience is necessary and beginners are welcome.
