10:00 a.m. 10:50 a.m.	Welcome & Introduction to the Idea Incubator Participants propose discussion topics and post on easels Multi-voting for topics Tally votes and, depending on the number of attending delegates and proposed topics, the top-ranking topics (~12-20) will be scheduled in individual meeting rooms	Cafeteria
11:00 a.m.	First Incubator Session First half of the topics scheduled in the meeting rooms Each Session will have a facilitator, easel, markers and paper pad Conclude by summarizing outcome and next steps on poster pad	Meeting Rooms
12:30 p.m.	Lunch	Cafeteria
1:15 p.m.	Second Incubator Session Second half of the topics scheduled in the meeting rooms.	Meeting Rooms

Directions to Camp Mariah

Directions from NYC from the Taconic parkway:

Taconic Parkway North to Interstate 84. Go West on I-84 to exit 13S (Route 9 South). Turn right onto Route 9, move to left lane. Make left turn on Snook Road (1 st left after I-84). Continue on Snook Road approximately 1.2 miles and bear right at “Y” in road. Proceed another 1.2 miles to camp entrance (on the right). Camp Office is at entrance.

Directions from New York From Interstate 87 (NYS Thruway):

Take Interstate 87 North to Exit 17 (Newburgh/I-84). Take I-84 East (Across Hudson River) to Exit 13. At light, proceed straight ahead onto Snook Road. Continue on Snook Road approximately 1.2 miles and bear right at “Y” in road. Proceed another 1.2 miles to camp entrance (on the right). Camp Office is at entrance.

From New Jersey:

Take I-287 East (Towards the Tappan Zee Bridge) to Interstate-87 North. Proceed on I-87 to Exit 17 (Newburgh/I-84). Take I-84 East (Across Hudson River) to Exit 13. At light, proceed straight ahead onto Snook Road. Continue on Snook Road approximately 1.2 miles and bear right at “Y” in road. Proceed another 1.2 miles to camp entrance (on the right). Camp Office is at entrance.

Public Transportation option:

Take Metro North (East Hudson Line) to Beacon train station. From there you can take a taxi to Sharpe Reservation or inquire with the Trail Conference about car pooling options..
