Environmentalists blaze way for comprehensive trails plan in West Milford, NJ

The township's Environmental Commission will host a public forum to discuss and review its developing, grant-funded master plan for the community's hiking, biking, equine and unblazed trails next Monday.

At 7 p.m. on Nov. 7, West Milford's environmental commissioners will host project consultant White Environmental Services, which has created a provisional map of the local trail network with the assistance of the commission as well as the New York-New Jersey Trail Conference, the state Division of Parks and Forestry, and local hiking and biking organizations.
