Executive Assistant Trail Conference Executive Director has his fingers in too many projects and needs someone to help manage it all. Main requirements are organizational and clerical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office software, and the ability to come into the office on a regular basis 4-20 hours a week.
Database Assistant Assist our Information Manager with routine database maintenance, data importing and exporting, creating scripts, developing new database modules, new views and data entry screens. Experience working with relational databases and Microsoft office products, is essential, preferably in a non-profit environment. Familiarity with FileMaker and Ebase would be beneficial. Good communications skills. On-the-job training offered.
Darlington Schoolhouse Public Relations Coordinator Join the DSH steering committee to assist with writing press releases and coordinating distribution of press to interested parties to promote the project at milestone events.

Quartermaster, Tool Czar: The Trail Conference is looking for a conscientious soul to help us inventory and track our vast storehouse of tools and equipment. This includes rock bars, grip hoists and inclinometers but also GPS's, video projectors and tabletop displays. All of these are purchased with our member's charitable donations, so we want to make sure they are being put to good use and in good condition. If you enjoy keeping good records and have a few hours per month, we want to talk with you.
Harriman - Bear Mountain Base Camp Host: Experience the Outdoors as a Base Camp Host; greet campers and other volunteers upon their arrival at the Lower Twin Lake Camp in Harriman State Park. Responsibilities include providing guests with campground and area information, needed and help to ensure a comfortable stay as well as assist the Bear Mountain field staff. On occasion, help with meal prep for large volunteer groups may also be needed. Base Camp Hosts should be Trail Conference or ATC members, 21 years of age, have camping experience and demonstrate good customer service skills.
