Invasives Strike Force Standard and Intermediate Surveyor Training- Part 2: Survey Protocols

Would you like to help protect our environment while you hike? Have you already taken Part 1 of our Invasives Strike Force (ISF) Survey Workshop webinars (either Standard or Intermediate)? Then you are ready to take this required workshop webinar to learn about the field survey protocols and data reporting associated with our ISF Survey program. Once completed with this part of your training, you will officially be ready to take on an assignment and become an official ISF surveyor!

In this workshop webinar (which is Part 2 of our Invasives Strike Force Survey training workshop for both Standard and Intermediate Surveyors), you will learn about the data recording and reporting procedures required for our ISF survey program. You will also be introduced to some very useful nature apps and GPS mobile apps that are used to help pinpoint the locations and identification of the invasive plants you are coming across along your assigned trail section. This webinar will be a combination of a live Powerpoint presentation and taped video demonstrations of the field survey and data recording and reporting process.

Registration is required. You will receive the Zoom log-in information for this workshop in the follow-up confirmation email.
