How to Make Maps
This workshop is a collaboration between Hike And Draw & the Trail Conference. Half of the proceeds for this workshop will benefit the Trail Conference.

Workshop Duration: 90 Minutes
- Learn the different types of maps and their uses
- Learn how to use a compass
- Learn how to create a custom map to fit your hiking needs
Start time: 7:00 PM (Eastern Time)
This workshop will be recorded for those who can not make the live event due to time zone differences. If you do not wish to be recorded during the live event, simply turn off the camera on your device.

- Pencil or Color Pencils
- Kneadable Eraser
- Scrap paper
- One sheet of graph paper
Optional Supplies:
- Ruler
- Baseplate Compass (if you have one)
Please Note: This class is accessible from any web device, however, a device with a larger screen such as a tablet or PC will make for a better experience.
What's Included:
Every ticket type includes admission to the live workshop, a recording of the workshop, and downloadable lesson packet. You do not need to attend the live workshop to receive a recording and lesson packet.
