This is the oldest of the Morris County parks, has multiple use trails; adjacent to the Morristown National Historical Park with several connecting trails, including the Patriots’ Path.

This 2,195-acre county park, which borders on the Jockey Hollow area of the Morristown National Historical Park on the northeast, is named for New Jersey's first governor.
