Club Membership Overview

Organizations offering hikes, maintaining or monitoring hiking trails or trail lands in New York or New Jersey, or owning land in which hiking trails are maintained, shall be eligible for club membership as a Member Organization in the Trail Conference. Other organizations that support the Trail Conference's goals but are not qualified to become a Member Organization shall be eligible for membership as a Supporting Organization.

Club Membership Approval

Each application from an organization seeking admission either as a Member or Supporting Organization shall be submitted to the Executive Director, or to his/her designee, for review and approval, subject to review by the Board.

Club Membership Payment

Following approval, Member Organizations will be asked to submit club dues of $50 and Supporting Organizations will be asked to submit club dues of $100. Membership runs on a fixed calendar basis from January to December.
